Age Restriction
This performance is recommended for patrons aged 16 years and over. Patrons under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Live Audience Readings
This is a live, unscripted theatre performance. Audience readings are selected at the presenters’ discretion, and a reading is not guaranteed with the purchase of any ticket.

Content Advisory
The performance may contain discussions relating to grief, death, illness, accidents, violence, homicide, suicide and other sensitive subject matter arising naturally during live readings. Audience discretion is advised.

Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable except as required under the Australian Consumer Law or where the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled in accordance with the ticketing agency’s policies.

Late Arrivals
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance and may be seated at the discretion of venue staff.

Photography & Recording
Photography, audio recording and video recording of the performance are strictly prohibited unless authorised by the promoter. 

Mobile Phones
Mobile phones and electronic devices must be switched to silent during the performance.

Filming & Photography by the Promoter
The event may be professionally photographed and/or filmed. By attending, patrons acknowledge they may appear in promotional photography, video or other marketing material without compensation.

Audience Participation
Audience participation is voluntary. Patrons who choose to participate consent to being heard and/or seen by the audience and on any authorised event recording.

Respectful Behaviour
Disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards presenters, venue staff or other patrons may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Venue Conditions
All patrons must comply with the venue’s Conditions of Entry and directions from venue staff.

Accessibility
Accessible seating is available through the ticketing agency or venue. Please contact the venue before purchasing if you require assistance. 

Ticket Resale
Tickets may not be offered for resale at a premium or through unauthorised resale platforms where prohibited by law. 

Program Changes
The promoter reserves the right to alter the running order, content or format of the performance if necessary. 

Presenter Changes
In the unlikely event that a presenter is unable to perform due to illness or circumstances beyond the promoter’s control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute another presenter or proceed with an amended format where reasonably possible.

Psychic Entertainment Notice
The presenters provide live psychic and mediumship demonstrations for entertainment purposes. Individual experiences vary and the promoter makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, interpretation or outcome of any information presented during the performance.

Emotional Wellbeing
Some audience members may find aspects of the performance emotionally moving. Patrons should consider their own circumstances before attending.
