Terms & Conditions
Ticket Terms & Conditions
These Ticket Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for events presented by Chakra Angel, Chakra Angel Worldwide Events Pty Ltd, Two Psychics and a Medium, Julia Cartagena Live, and any related event brand, unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing or holding a ticket, you agree to these terms, the terms of the authorised ticketing provider, and the conditions of entry of the relevant venue.
1. Ticket purchase
Tickets must be purchased through an authorised ticketing provider or an official event sales channel.
It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure that all booking details, including name, email address, phone number and ticket type, are correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect customer details, unauthorised resale, third-party ticket purchases, or failure to check event communications.
2. Event information and communications
Important event information may be issued by email, SMS, ticketing provider notification, venue communication, or published on the official event website or event page.
Customers are responsible for checking their inbox, junk/spam folders, ticketing account, SMS messages, and the official event page prior to attending.
Once information has been issued to the contact details provided at booking, we cannot control whether a recipient opens, reads, overlooks, deletes, filters, or fails to act upon the communication.
3. VIP tickets and VIP timing
Where a VIP ticket is purchased, the VIP inclusions will be those listed in the ticket description or event listing at the time of purchase.
VIP schedules, arrival times, pre-show times, photo times and meet-and-greet times may be issued separately closer to the event. These times may differ from the general show time printed on the ticket.
VIP timing information may be subject to venue, presenter, operational, technical, security or logistical requirements.
Failure to arrive at the required VIP time may result in missed VIP components. Refunds or partial refunds will not be provided for missed VIP components due to late arrival, non-attendance, or failure to read or act upon issued event communications, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
4. Psychic and mediumship readings
All psychic, mediumship, spiritual, intuitive, tarot, energy or similar readings provided during an event are conducted live and are unscripted.
Readings are selected at random and/or according to the presenter’s process during the event.
A ticket purchase does not guarantee:
that an attendee will receive a reading;
that a specific loved one will come through;
that a specific message will be delivered;
that a specific question will be answered;
that any prediction, outcome, validation or result will occur.
VIP pre-show components may provide an opportunity for readings in a smaller audience setting, but they do not guarantee a personal reading.
5. Entertainment and personal responsibility
Our events are provided for entertainment, spiritual and personal insight purposes only.
Nothing said during an event should be treated as medical, legal, financial, psychological, health, emergency, safety or professional advice.
If you require medical, mental health, legal, financial, emergency or other professional support, you should contact an appropriately qualified professional or relevant authority.
6. Refunds, cancellations and exchanges
All ticket sales are final except where a refund, exchange or other remedy is required by Australian Consumer Law or applicable law.
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:
change of mind;
personal circumstances;
failure to attend;
late arrival;
failure to check emails, SMS messages, ticketing updates, website updates or venue communications;
missed VIP components due to late arrival or non-attendance;
not receiving a personal reading;
not receiving a message from a specific loved one;
dissatisfaction because a reading, message or outcome was not as expected;
travel, accommodation, parking, childcare, meals or other associated expenses.
Where an event is cancelled, rescheduled, significantly relocated or materially changed, remedies will be provided as required by Australian Consumer Law and/or in accordance with the authorised ticketing provider’s process.
Refunds, where approved, will usually be processed through the original authorised ticketing provider and to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law or agreed.
Booking fees, transaction fees, payment processing fees, insurance, postage, merchandise, donations or third-party charges may be subject to the ticketing provider’s terms and may not be refundable except where required by law.
7. Event changes
Event details may be subject to change, including but not limited to doors opening times, VIP arrival times, pre-show times, show start times, interval, finish times, presenter order, seating configuration, production elements, filming arrangements and venue entry procedures.
Reasonable changes made for operational, venue, technical, presenter, safety, security or logistical reasons do not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
8. Optional extras and goodwill opportunities
From time to time, presenters may offer informal, additional or goodwill opportunities, such as saying hello after a show, signing an item, taking an informal photo, or speaking briefly with attendees.
Unless expressly listed as a paid ticket inclusion, these opportunities are not guaranteed and may be subject to presenter availability, venue restrictions, timing, health, safety, security and operational requirements.
The absence, cancellation or change of an optional goodwill opportunity does not entitle a ticket holder to a refund unless required by law.
9. Seating
Reserved seating, where applicable, is subject to the seating allocation shown at the time of booking or issued by the ticketing provider.
Premium seating means seating allocated within a premium seating area or category. It does not guarantee a reading, interaction, or proximity to a presenter beyond the allocated seat.
Venue sightlines, production holds, accessibility requirements, operational changes or ticketing adjustments may result in seating changes where necessary. Any seating issue should be raised with venue staff or the authorised ticketing provider as soon as possible.
10. Late arrival
Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance or at the discretion of venue staff.
No refund or compensation will be provided for missed content due to late arrival, except where required by law.
11. Behaviour and conditions of entry
All attendees must comply with venue conditions of entry and reasonable directions from venue staff, security, event staff and presenters. 16+ admission only.
We reserve the right, where lawful and reasonable, to refuse entry or remove any person who is disruptive, abusive, aggressive, intoxicated, threatening, unsafe, harassing, recording without permission, or otherwise interfering with the event or other attendees.
Where a person is refused entry or removed due to their conduct, they may not be entitled to a refund.
12. Filming, photography and recording
Events may be filmed, photographed, livestreamed or recorded for promotional, archival, training, social media, marketing or internal business purposes.
By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in audience footage, crowd shots, venue footage or promotional material.
Audience members must not film, photograph, livestream, record or distribute any part of the event, including readings or personal audience interactions, without prior written permission.
13. Accessibility and companion requirements
Customers requiring accessibility assistance should contact the venue and/or ticketing provider prior to purchase or as early as possible before the event.
Accessibility seating and companion arrangements are subject to venue availability, ticketing provider processes and applicable laws.
14. Age guidance
Age recommendations or restrictions may apply to certain events. Unless otherwise stated, our events are recommended for mature audiences due to emotional, spiritual or adult themes.
Where a venue or ticketing provider applies an age restriction, that restriction must be followed.
15. Merchandise and add-ons
Merchandise, cards, books, pendulums, digital products, workshops, readings or other add-ons may be subject to separate terms, refund policies and availability.
Event ticket refunds do not automatically include merchandise or add-on refunds unless required by law.
16. Authorised ticketing providers
We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers, scalpers, social media sellers, or third-party websites.
Tickets purchased through unauthorised channels may be invalid, cancelled, refused entry, or ineligible for customer support, exchange or refund.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for personal expenses or losses incurred in connection with attending an event, including travel, accommodation, parking, meals, childcare, time off work or other associated costs, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
18. Final decision and disputes
If you have a concern about your ticket or event experience, you should contact us or the authorised ticketing provider as soon as possible with your booking details and supporting information.
We will review concerns reasonably and in accordance with these terms, the ticketing provider’s terms, venue conditions and Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the relevant state or territory in which the event is held.
